We hope that you are 100 % satisfied with the products. If that is not the case, please contact us, and we can handle it! Of course, under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. To be eligible for a return:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, including all original packaging.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
- Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
- This applies to non-customized products only!
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Not picking up your package is not the same as cancelling your order. If your package is returned to us due to non-collection, you will not be refunded and will be charged for the return shipping.
💐 Customized products

Since the custom products are unique and personalized, we only provide replacements for items damaged during shipping.

In case of damage, please record a video / take a picture during unboxing as proof and email it to [email protected] along with your order number.

Without video/photo proof, we cannot process replacements.
⚠️ Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please email us at [email protected] and include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the faulty or damaged item(s).
Once we’ve reviewed the case, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement process.
